  • Admission Appointment

    $89

    An admission and assessment appointment to review the client’s individual needs and concerns. Takes approximately 60 minutes.

    We will review our services and your expectations. Then we will discuss how we will work with and for you.


    We will also discuss upcoming appointments and your current concerns or issues in your health journey.

  • Healthcare Advocacy Appointment

    $149 for every 60 minutes

    Start the video call at your appointment in the room where you will be meeting your healthcare professional.

    A Registered Nurse will:

    • Take medical notes for you

    • Ask clarifying questions

    • Ensure that you understand the medical terms and plan of care

    This service includes:

    • Our preparation for the appointment

    • The appointment time with medical note-taking

    • An optional 15-minute follow-up meeting to discuss and clarify the details of the appointment

  • Healthcare Efficiency

    $80/hour

    This service is for all our clients and ensures that they don’t fall through the crack of our healthcare system.

    This includes ensuring:

    • tests have been ordered

    • clients being notified of test results

    • ensuring referrals are completed

    • having consultations made in a timely manner

    • completing phone calls and emails with healthcare providers and clients

    Let us take on the stress of making phone calls.

    Billed in 6 min increments.

Your Health Benefits may provide coverage

As Flying Start Advocates services are appointments with Registered Nurses, we may be covered by your health insurance.

  • For Veterans, our services may be covered under your Medavie Blue Cross.

  • For those with a Health Spending Account, you should be able to apply that to our services.

  • As benefits and insurance programs vary, speak with your provider to see if our services are eligible for coverage.

Please note:
- Flying Start Advocate services are currently only available within the province of Alberta.
- Subscriptions can be canceled after a 3-month period, with 2 business days’ notice before the last day of the month.
